Easter Meets Bollywood At Beechworth Festival

Crowds flocked to Beechworth’s Golden Horseshoe Festival on the Easter weekend to attend a range of events and activities surrounding the festival. The main attraction of the three day event was the Grand parade featured on the Saturday, which involved many local schools, communities and businesses. Parade Tradition Bringing Families together during Easter

Large Crowds swarmed right across from View Street down to McCrae Street Bendigo for the 2017 Annual Bendigo Easter Parade Procession, which kicked off at 8pm Sharp. The parade featured 3 specific districts, this included; The Chinese Association, a spectacular lanterns display and kicking off the parade, the Fire and Emergency services who took the lead in their annual torchlight March.

Market Marauders

A Viking horde descended on the Bendigo Market this weekend as Gullsborg Dark Ages Society of Bendigo put on a display of sword fighting and traditional crafting and cuisine.
